We pride ourselves on being able to deliver your custom kit in 6 weeks from order confirmation and deposit payment.

Three delivery options are available:

1) Collect from Søciety (146 Canning Highway, South Perth) 
2) Bulk order delivery to one designated address (TBA) 
3) $10 Express Shipping

Any non-custom items can be collected in-store before your custom items are ready, however, these items will not be shipped until the entire order is ready.

If you select Protected Checkout, you are eligible for package protection.

Package Protection gives you peace of mind, knowing that your package will be completely covered in the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged.

For orders outside of Australia, it is the customer's responsibility to check local import duties and taxes that may be applicable on their delivery.

Søciety is not responsible for covering any additional fees or taxes on deliveries.

If a customer refuses to accept a delivery due to local import fees or taxes, the package is automatically destroyed by the carrier. When this occurs, we reserve the right to refuse any order cancellation and refund. 

We've had our fair share of crashes and we know that sometimes your skin, your bike or your kit comes off a bit worse for wear.

We can't do much about your skin or your bike, but we can help by making sure that your kit is repaired or replaced and ready for you when you're ready to head back out on the bike.

Please note that unfortunately we are not able to offer any general store discounts on custom products. A discount code has been provided to your kit organiser to receive discounts and benefits on our range of Søciety cycling apparel and accessories.
