1. Consultation

We understand that creating a team custom kit can be a stressful process, but let us do all the work.

Complete the form below to start sharing your ideas and we will be in touch to discuss how we can bring your idea to life.

2. Products & Designs

Anything you see on the Søciety online store can be customised to suit your team's requirements. All of our quality custom products are offered in low minimums and we proudly offer a full design service (with unlimited revisions) to help bring your ideas to life.

3. Review & Approve

Once your design is perfected, it's now time to confirm your products, sizes and quantities.

4. Online Team Store

It can be hard work collating everyone's individual orders, so we can offer you a complimentary, password protected online team store to process and collate your orders.

All you need to do is tell us when to close the portal!

5. Delivery

We pride ourselves on being able to deliver your custom kit in 6 weeks from order confirmation and deposit payment.

Bulk orders will be delivered to one address, unless individually shipping is selected (online team portals).

6. Re-orders

Have someone new join your team or group, or had an unfortunate crash and wrecked your kit? Don't stress, once an initial order has been placed, we can produce single items to help get you back on the road.

Our prices are fixed for 12-months from the date of the first order.

1. Can you make men's and women's fits?

Yes, we can produce most items in gender-specific fits.

2. What happens if someone new joins our group/team or crashes in their custom kit?

Once an initial order has been placed, we can produce single-unit orders from then on to accomodate new members or crashed kit.

3. Is custom kit covered by the crash replacement?

Yes, custom kit is also covered provided the damaged kit meets the requirements. In most instances you would get the choice between remaking the item with a 40% discount, or accept a Gift Card for 40% of the value of the item.

4. Can you make casual/off-bike clothing?

Yes we can. Our most popular items are t-shirts, hoodies and caps, but we can produce most casual items.

5. What if we order the wrong size or need to make changes to our order?

Changes can be made up until deposit payment or closure of the online team portal. We will always do our best to accomodate changes but it depends on what stage of production the request has been made.
