Søciety is dedicated to bringing you the best products we can - as quickly as we can. We're a West Australian company and we use Sendle or Australia Post for the majority of our orders. When placing your orders, please consider the following:
  1. Orders are correctly addressed
  2. Addresses outside of metropolitan areas may take longer to arrive
  3. If ordering from the Eastern States of Australia, remember that we are based in WA which may add 1-2 days.
  4. If your order contains pre order items or items being restocked, then your order will be dispatched when all items are in stock. Please contact us to arrange a split shipment of your order however an additional shipping fee will be required. 
Please note that due to Covid restrictions, some couriers may automatically apply an Authority to Leave (ATL) on some deliveries. This can vary between courier companies and Søciety has not control over this. If you would not like your delivery left, please note this when placing your order.

Søciety will strive to deliver custom and member’s only team kits within 6 weeks from the point of design confirmation. By proceeding with the order, the customer accepts that this is an estimated timeline only and some delays can occur which may impact delivery timeframes.
