SHIPPING

Søciety is dedicated to bringing you the best products we can - as quickly as we can. We are a Western Australian company and we use Australia Post (express) for the majority of our orders. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days, however, addresses outside of metropolitan areas may require longer shipping. When placing your orders, please consider the following:
  1. Orders are correctly addressed
  2. Addresses outside of metropolitan areas may take longer to arrive
  3. If ordering from the Eastern States of Australia, remember that we are based in WA which may add 1-2 days.
  4. If your order contains pre order items or items being restocked, then your order will be dispatched when all items are in stock. Please contact us to arrange a split shipment of your order however an additional shipping fee will be required. 
Please note that some couriers may automatically apply an Authority to Leave (ATL) on some deliveries. This can vary between courier companies and Søciety has no control over this. If you would not like your delivery left, please note this when placing your order.

FREE SHIPPING

Australian orders of $130 or more will attract the free shipping promotion (express post) at the shipping section when finalising your purchase. Please note that this promotion requires more than $130 of physical goods to qualify for free shipping (gift cards not included).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Søciety proudly ships internationally to most countries. For orders outside of Australia, it is the customer's responsibility to check local import duties and taxes that may be applicable on their delivery. Søciety is not responsible for covering any additional fees or taxes on deliveries. If a customer refuses to accept a delivery due to local import fees or taxes, the package is automatically destroyed by the carrier. When this occurs, we reserve the right to refuse any order cancellation and refund. 

 

2025 CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUTOFF:

Please take note of the following cutoff dates for Christmas delivery:

  • Metropolitan areas: December 21st
  • All other areas: December 18th

 

CUSTOM & MEMBER'S ONLY KITS

Søciety will strive to deliver custom and member’s only team kits within 6 weeks from the point of design confirmation. By proceeding with the order, the customer accepts that this is an estimated timeline only and some delays can occur which may impact delivery timeframes.
