Refund policy


Whether you're a social cyclist or an up and coming pro, we understand that a correct fitting kit is just as important as how it looks. That's why we offer a 30-day "no questions asked" return policy on all* purchases from the Søciety online store. To initiate a return, please go to our return portal. Goods must be in unworn, saleable condition, with all tags/bags attached to be eligible for a return.

 

[PROTECTED CHECKOUT]

Customers that select Protected Checkout when finalising their order, are eligible for free returns* and package protection. Free returns provides customers with a pre-paid postage label to return their item/s back to Søciety, once processed through our return portal. Package protection provides customers with peace of mind, knowing that their package will be completely covered in the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged. *Please note that sale products are not eligible for free returns. 

 

[BULK ORDER DISCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS]

Where an order qualifies for a bundle discount, that discount is applied on the condition that all qualifying items are retained.

If one or more items from a discounted order are returned for a refund, the order will be recalculated to determine whether it still meets the requirements for the original discount. Where the order no longer qualifies, the remaining items will be repriced at their standard retail price, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.


[PRODUCT FAULTS]

In the unlikely event that your products have experienced a fault, please contact us with information and photos. Please make sure you have followed the garment care instructions.

[WARRANTY COVERS]

Manufacturing defects that prevent proper use and/or fit of garment.


[WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER]
  • Wear and tear or loose threads.
  • Custom designs unless manufacturing defect
  • Damages from crashing
  • Wear and tear such as abrasions, wear marks (I.e., saddle rub), scratches or fading, improper storage or washing or contact with sunscreen.
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, refund and warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. The age, condition, and expected lifespan of the garment will be considered. Where a remedy is required, Søciety will determine the most appropriate outcome, which may include a repair, replacement, refund, or partial remedy. In some cases, where third-party components or materials are used, the item may be assessed by one of our partner suppliers to help determine the appropriate resolution.

  • Custom and Sale items are final - there will be no refunds or exchanges on these items, including early access sale codes.
  • Returning an item for refund may impact any accrued bundle discounts. 
  • Due to safety requirements and regulations, helmets can not be returned.
  • Member’s Only products can be exchanged or returned for a store credit only. 
  • Please go through our return portal before sending any goods back.
  • Accepted refunds will only cover the cost of the items purchased. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable and unfortunately we cannot cover the shipping cost to return the item to us.
  • Any return items must be unworn, in original saleable condition with tags attached and all packaging.
