Søciety is dedicated to bringing you the best products we can - as quickly as we can. We're a West Australian company and we use Sendle or Australia Post for the majority of our orders. When placing your orders, please consider the following:
  1. Orders are correctly addressed
  2. Addresses outside of metropolitan areas may take longer to arrive
  3. If ordering from the Eastern States of Australia, remember that we are based in WA which may add 1-2 days.
Please note that due to Covid restrictions, some couriers may automatically apply an Authority to Leave (ATL) on some deliveries. This can vary between courier companies and Søciety has not control over this. If you would not like your delivery left, please note this when placing your order.

Orders of $100 or more will attract the free shipping promotion (regular post) at the shipping section when finalising your purchase. Please note that this promotion requires $100 or more of physical goods (gift cards not included).

Custom Team Kits
Søciety will strive to deliver custom team kits within 6 weeks from the point of design confirmation. By proceeding with the order, the customer accepts that this is an estimated timeline only and some delays can occur which may impact delivery timeframes.

Whether you're a social cyclist or an up and coming pro, we understand that a correct fitting kit is just as important as how it looks. That's why we offer a 30-day "no questions asked" return policy on all purchases from the Søciety online store. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days, quoting your order number and the item/s you'd like to exchange. Goods must be in unworn, saleable condition to be eligible for a return.
Product Faults
We endeavour to produce high quality cycling apparel for a fraction of the cost of the bigger brands and sometimes mistakes happen! In the unlikely event that your products have experienced a fault, please contact us with information and photos.
Garment Care
  • Cold wash under 30 degrees only
  • Delicate wash cycle only (wash bag is recommended)
  • Line dry in shade only
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not soak
  • Do not use softener
  • Do not wash with gloves/velcro

Warranty Covers 
Manufacturing defects that prevent proper use and/or fit of garment.

Warranty Does Not Cover
  • Wear and tear or loose threads.
  • Custom designs.
  • Damages from crashing
  • Wear and tear such as abrasions, wear marks, scratches or fading, improper storage or washing or contact with sunscreen.

Please note:
  • Sale items are final - there will be no refunds or exchanges on discounted items.
  • Please contact us about a return/exchange/fault before sending any goods back.
  • Accepted refunds will only cover the cost of the items purchased. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable and unfortunately we cannot cover the shipping cost to return the item to us.
